Tariq Ramadan's professional experience includes the following: Group General Manager at Bonyan International Investment Group, a leading Middle East Developer; Group General Manager for Al Ahmad Group - a Qatari group of companies with brands like Bentley and Lamborghini; and Wealth Management at CIBC, one of the leading banks in Canada, managing a USD 10 billion product portfolio.
Tariq Ramadan has a B.SC. in Marketing from Kuwait University and is an MBA graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada and holds a post MBA certificate in Brand Management & Advanced Market Analysis from Canadian university York University.

With over 15 years of International exposure in Operations and Sales in diverse Industries, Basem developed a solid experience in Deal Origination, Negotiation, Business Development and Sales with an excellent track record. Basem's strong technical background coupled with an acute understanding of the dynamics of regional markets, assisted him to launch several Operations in the MENA region, successfully building and leading cross functional teams, creating growth strategies and implementing day to day activities.
Basem has a natural ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve targets and maximize performance with a strong customer focus. He has earned an Executive MBA from London Business School in 2011, and before that 15 years ago, he acquired a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical engineering from Kuwait University.
Mohammed Alghussein

Being born into a successful entrepreneurial family, Mohammed has been actively involved in many of his family's diversified businesses since his early age. After completing his bachelor's of Civil Engineering from Cleveland Ohio, Mohammed took on his first active role at Bin Harmal Group, as a Site engineer.
He later got promoted to Project Manager and then the Head of the Strategic Developments of this rapidly growing organization. During his tenure there, he led the Group into expansion in various sectors, and geographies, and implemented carefully thought out strategies to ensure sustainable and consistent growth.
Mohammed then established Atlas financial services in 2005, and built a substantial list of affluent clients that developed a strong platform for Alghussein Investments. This was the holding company that overlooked the family's wealth, and enabled it to acquire and divest businesses in a solid well diversified private equity investment strategy. He led that team that invested in numerous businesses including: Abu Dhabi University, Hamleys- Dubai, West Coast customs, Hamann motor sports, Octane service center, Suomi FZE, Epic Green solutions, Morgan Miller and Gunter Facility Supplies.
Mohammed sits on the board of Bin Harmal Group, Abu Dhabi University, and several other companies.
Salah Ramadan

Holder of a Bachelors of Business Administration from the Arab University of Beirut, Lebanon, and a Master's Degree in Banking Sciences from The Arab Academy of Financial and Banking Sciences in Jordan.
Currently holds the position of CEO of RichVille, Investments Advisor of Tharaa Capital and Board Member of Tharaa Holding.
Previously worked as Relationship Manager in the corporate credit department of Dubai Islamic Bank and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, in the UAE, Credit Officer in several international companies such as AT&T, and Synnex Information Technologies, which at the time was the third largest distributor of computers, accessories and software in the world.
Mr. Ramadan is a specialist in Assets & Risk Management, Customer Relations and Business Development with a lengthy field experience and has attained several certificates, and attended several training courses.
Majed A. Rahim
Non Executive Board Member - Tharaa Capital
Majed has 22 years of experience in consulting, and banking and has held senior positions in the United States, Kuwait, Qatar, Dubai, and Jordan. Most recently he was the Chief Operating Officer for Housing Bank in Jordan for the period 2007-2009, and prior to that the General Manager for an Investment Company in Kuwait.
Mr. Rahim also held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Commercial Bank of Qatar, and Chief Technology Officer for Arab Bank. Mr. Rahim spent several years with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in the United States, Dubai, and Kuwait, advising global clients on; Strategy, Corporate Finance, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Majed is a partner in AIMS Advisory in Jordan, with an extensive reach in Qatar, Malaysia and the Far East.
Educational Background: BA Finance, MBA Corporate Finance, Illinois State University. Mr. Rahim is fluent in Arabic and English and is a Jordanian, and American national.
